By ordering from Havibu.com, you agree to the following return and refund terms. These policies apply to all domestic orders within Germany and are specifically designed for printed apparel (e.g., custom anime T-shirts).

⚠️ Important – Check Your Size Before Ordering

All our products are made to order. Please review the size chart carefully and make sure to choose the correct size.

👉 Returns for wrong sizes, personal preferences, or buyer’s remorse are NOT accepted.

We only accept returns if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order only if:
